Materials

The materials used in all the portraits are of the highest quality –

• The oil paints I use are made by Old holland who have been making oil paints for almost 350 years
• I make my own painting mediums from linseed oil and resins such as damar, copal and mastic
• The canvases used are fine linen canvases unless otherwise requested
• The pencils are all artist quality pencils made by Derwent, Faber Castell
• The papers used are all high quality artists papers
