Paintings

All paintings – unless otherwise requested – are shipped flat packed between sheets of wood in bubble-wrap inside padded cardboard boxes.
If paintings are damaged beyond repair you may either, (a) request a refund, or (b) have Clarkpaintings paint it again for you on a new canvas.
If the painting is only slightly damaged you may either, (a) request a refund, (b) ask Clarkpaintings to fix any damage,or (c) ask Clarkpaintings to paint it again on a new canvas. When a painting arrives damaged you will be supplied by Clarkpaintings with the required postage to return it.
Refunds

All drawings – unless otherwise requested – are sent rolled in postage tubes inside plastic protection.
If drawings are damaged you may either, (a) request a refund, or (b) have Clarkpaintings draw it again for you.
When a drawing arrives damaged you will be supplied by Clarkpaintings with the required postage to return it.
