Refunds

 

    • Please note that all customers who are not happy with their portrait will have their money refunded in full by Clarkpaintings, no questions asked, if they notify Clarkpaintings in the first 14 days following the receipt of the painting in writing via email. Any longer and they will not receive a refund.

 

    • Once notified Clarkpaintings will send the appropriate return postage, and on receipt of the painting the customer will be refunded all payments they have made in full. All refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the rejected portrait – the return postage will be tracked so that you know the date Clarkpaintings has received the painting and on what date. If your portrait arrives damaged by the transporter you can either ask to have it made again at no further cost, or be reimbursed in full.

 

  • Please open your portrait in front of the transporter if there are any signs of damage – if by any chance your portrait arrives damaged please make sure you ask the transporter to let you check it as you will receive a full refund, but without you recording the damage with the transporter, Clarkpaintings will not be able to claim on the insurance.
